Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of CashoutGuard (the "Service"), operated by SSWAP MEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the business you represent ("you").

1. The Service

CashoutGuard scores signups, logins, offer completions and cashout requests on your website or app for fraud risk, and shows the reasons and linked accounts in a dashboard. Scores are probabilistic signals, not proof. You remain responsible for your decisions about your users, including refusing or delaying payouts.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials and secret API keys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@cashoutguard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, trial and payment

  • Plans and limits are shown on the pricing page. New accounts get a 14-day trial of the Growth plan with no card required. After the trial, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
  • If you exceed your plan's monthly active users, we keep scoring your traffic and ask you to upgrade. We will not stop protecting you without notice.
  • On plans that list a price for extra users (Pro: $1 per 1,000 active users above 400,000 in a month), the extra is counted per month of your plan, starting on the day your plan started, from the events you sent that month and added to your next invoice. Prepaid accounts receive a separate invoice for it.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.

Referral program

  • Every account has a referral link in the dashboard (Refer & earn). A business that signs up through it gets a 30-day trial of the Growth plan.
  • You earn 25% of the amounts the referred business actually pays us (taxes excluded, refunds deducted) during its first 12 months. Each commission is held for 30 days before it can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals from $50, by PayPal or USDT (TRC20), paid within 5 business days of the request. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
  • Referring yourself, your own team or company, using paid ads on our brand name, spam or misleading claims is not allowed. We may cancel commissions obtained this way and close the referral account. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned are still paid.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law, or discriminate against people on grounds protected by law;
  • collect data for purposes other than fraud and abuse prevention;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or bypass the Service's security, or resell it without our written consent;
  • process data of children under 13 knowingly.

5. Your data and your users

You own the data you send us. You are the controller of your users' personal data and must have a legal basis and a privacy notice that covers fraud prevention with CashoutGuard. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The collector and API are designed to fail open: if the Service is unavailable, your signups and cashouts keep working. We may improve or change features; we will give 30 days' notice before removing a feature you pay for.

7. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by fraud we did not detect or by decisions you made based on our scores. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the Service or others at risk. You may close your account at any time. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email 30 days before they apply.
